歡迎使用「卡叻」卡牌交易平台（下稱「本平台」）。保護您的個人隱私至關 重要。本《隱私政策》（下稱「本政策」）旨在清晰、透明地說明，當您使用 我們的流動應用程式、網站及相關服務（統稱「本服務」）時，我們如何收 集、使用、儲存、保護及分享您的個人資料。 請您在使用本服務前，仔細閱讀並理解本政策。如您不同意本政策的內容，請 立即停止使用本服務。一旦您開始使用或繼續使用本服務，即表示您已充分理 解並同意我們按照本政策處理您的個人資料。 本政策依據香港特別行政區法例第 486 章《個人資料（私隱）條例》及其他相 關法律法規制定。

2. 我們收集的個人資料

3. 個人資料的用途

我們承諾，僅出於以下明確、合法的目的使用您的個人資料： 3.1 履行合約，提供核心服務：使用您的手提電話號碼和 SMS 認證 創建並驗證帳戶；使用您的收件地址和 FPS 識別碼完成商品交付與款項 支付。 3.2 保障交易安全與處理爭議：使用買賣雙方上傳的包裝 / 拆包影像 作為判斷商品交付狀態的客觀證據，以公平、高效地處理交易糾紛。 3.3 改進與優化服務：分析裝置與日誌資料及 Cookies 數據，以診斷 技術問題、優化應用程式效能、改進使用者介面及功能設計。 3.4 遵守法律義務：為遵守適用的香港法律、法規、法院命令或政府 機構的要求。 我們不會將您的個人資料用於本政策未載明的其他用途，亦不會在未經您 另行同意的情況下，將您的資料用於直接促銷。如需用於直接促銷，我們 將事先徵得您的明示同意。

4. 個人資料的共享與披露

我們僅在以下情況下，與第三方共享您的個人資料： 4.1 為完成交易向交易對方披露 一旦某項交易達到「付款流程完成」狀態，本平台將自動共享必要物流 聯絡資料：

  • 向買家披露：賣家的姓名（或暱稱）、用於物流聯絡的手提電話 號碼及發貨地址。
  • 向賣家披露：買家的姓名（或暱稱）、用於物流聯絡的手提電話 號碼及收件地址。 此等共享僅限於該次特定交易之目的，雙方均不得將對方資料用於交易無關的 任何用途。 4.2 向授權服務提供商披露 我們聘請可信賴第三方合作夥伴，在嚴格保密協議下處理相關數據：
  • 支付處理商：處理 FPS 轉帳結算
  • 物流與配送夥伴：安排商品取件、運輸及派送
  • 數據分析服務商：以去識別化數據分析服務使用情況
  • 雲端儲存與 IT 服務商：資料儲存、伺服器託管及安全維護 3 基於法律要求或保護權益 如法律程序、法院傳票、政府合法要求、防範詐騙、保障平台及用戶權 益安全，我方將依法披露相關個人資料。

5. 個人資料的安全與保留

我們採取符合行業標準的技術與組織安全措施，防止個人資料未經授權存取、 洩露、篡改及銷毀。 資料保留期限：

  • 交易影像記錄：一般保留 14 天，重大爭議案件延長至爭議解決後 30 天
  • 帳戶資料及交易記錄：帳戶存續期間保留，註銷後依法規及稅務要求留 存
  • 日誌資料：通常保留 13 個月

6. 您的權利（根據香港《私隱條例》）

6.1 查閱及更正權：有權查閱自身個人資料，並要求更正不準確資訊 6.2 同意與撤回權：可隨時撤回非必要資料處理及 Cookie 相關授權 6.3 投訴權：可聯絡平台資料保護主任，或向香港個人資料私隱專員 公署投訴

7. 交易影像資料的特別條款

7.1 上傳包裝 / 拆包影像是本平台強制性交易保障程序。 7.2 相關影像是交易爭議判定之關鍵優先證據，未按規定上傳者，將 視為自動放棄舉證權利。 7.3 影像資料處理依據為履行合約、解決爭議、防範詐騙之合法權 益。

8. Cookies 與類似技術的使用

  • 必要性 Cookies：維持登入、平台基礎運作，無法關閉
  • 分析與功能性 Cookies：優化服務體驗，需使用者同意
  • 廣告相關 Cookies：廣告管控與效果統計，需使用者同意 您可透過彈窗或瀏覽器設定調整 Cookie 權限，停用部分 Cookie 可能影響服務 正常使用。

9. 未成年人的隱私

本服務僅適用成年人，我方不會故意收集未滿 18 歲未成年人個人資料。如家 長發現子女未經同意提交資料，可聯絡我們申請刪除相關內容。

10. 本政策的修訂與聯絡我們

Card Net Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 21 April 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Card Trading Platform operated by Card Net. Protecting your personal privacy is our top priority. This Privacy Policy clearly and transparently explains how we collect, use, store, protect and share your personal data when you use our mobile application, website and related services (collectively the “Services”). Please read and understand this Policy carefully before using the Services. If you disagree with the terms of this Policy, please stop using the Services immediately. Your continued use of the Services shall be deemed your full acceptance and consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy. This Policy is formulated in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong SAR and other applicable laws and regulations.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We only collect personal data necessary for providing and improving our Services, including the following categories: Data Category Details & Collection Scenarios Identity & Mobile phone number (for registration, SMS verification, Contact transaction notifications and dispute handling), name (for logistics Information labels) and valid delivery address for goods delivery. Account & Username, encrypted account password, transaction records Transaction Data including order details, payment amount and timestamps. Financial FPS payment identifiers (mobile number, email or FPS ID) provided Information by sellers, exclusively for transaction settlement. We do not collect or store online banking login details, passwords or full credit card information. Transaction Mandatory in-app footage: Seller’s packaging videos; Buyer’s Evidence unpacking and inspection videos after receiving parcels. Records Device & Log Automatically collected information: IP address, device model, OS Data version, unique device ID, mobile network data, app crash logs and usage statistics. Cookies & Web Browsing preferences and page access records collected via Beacons Cookies and similar technologies. Please refer to Section 8.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Card Net will only use your personal data for the following lawful purposes: 3.1 Perform contractual obligations and provide core services: Account verification, goods delivery and FPS payment settlement. 3.2 Maintain transaction security and resolve disputes: Use packaging and unpacking videos as objective evidence for fair dispute resolution. 3.3 Optimize platform services: Diagnose technical issues, improve app performance and user experience. 3.4 Comply with Hong Kong laws, court orders and official regulatory requirements. We will not use your personal data for unstated purposes, nor conduct direct marketing without your explicit prior consent.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

4.1 Disclosure to Transaction Counterparties Once payment is completed, Card Net will automatically share necessary logistics information: To buyers: Seller’s name/nickname, contact number and shipping address

  • To sellers: Buyer’s name/nickname, contact number and receiving address Such data sharing is limited to the specific transaction only. Neither party may use others’ personal data for irrelevant purposes. 4.2 Authorized Third-Party Service Providers Under strict confidentiality agreements, Card Net cooperates with trusted third parties:
  • Payment processors: FPS transfer and settlement
  • Logistics partners: Parcel pickup, transportation and delivery
  • Data analytics providers: De-identified service usage analysis
  • Cloud service providers: Data storage, server hosting and system security maintenance 4.3 Legal Disclosure Requirements We may disclose personal data to comply with legal procedures, court subpoenas, government instructions, prevent fraud and illegal activities, and protect the rights and safety of Card Net, users and the public.

5. Data Security and Retention Period

Card Net adopts industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or deletion of personal data. Data retention periods:

  • Transaction videos: Normally retained for 14 days; extended to 30 days after dispute settlement for complex cases
  • Account & transaction records: Retained during account validity, and kept for statutory and tax purposes after account cancellation
  • System logs: Retained for 13 months

6. Your Rights under Hong Kong Privacy Ordinance

6.1 Right of Access and Correction: You may request access to and correction of your inaccurate personal data. 6.2 Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent for optional data processing such as Cookies at any time. 6.3 Right to Complain: You may contact our Data Protection Officer, or submit complaints to the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.

7. Special Terms for Transaction Video Data

7.1 Uploading packaging and unpacking videos is a mandatory requirement of Card Net platform. 7.2 Video records are primary priority evidence in transaction disputes. Failure to upload required footage will be regarded as a waiver of evidential rights. 7.3Processing of video data is based on contract performance, dispute resolution and anti-fraud legitimate interests.

8. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • Necessary Cookies: Essential for basic platform functions and login status, cannot be disabled
  • Analytical & Functional Cookies: Improve service experience, subject to your consent
  • Advertising Cookies: Manage ad display frequency and measure campaign effects, subject to your consent You may adjust Cookie preferences via website pop-ups or browser settings. Disabling Cookies may affect partial service functions.

9. Privacy Protection for Minors

Our services are intended for adults. Card Net will not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years old. Guardians may contact us to delete unauthorized minor data.

10. Policy Updates & Contact Us
